Ready for battle. Weapons charged. On position. Unfortunately for this chess set, the sharp sound of dices being thrown hasn't sounded for ages [17 years to be more precise]. This masterpice is now wasting away its last bits and pieces of glamour in an old house [grandma's pad]. However, it is still in good condition [that cannot be said for the second chess set under my bed].

This photo was taken at my grandma's secret hideout. Added a bit of contrast to make the lacquer on the board more reflective. The b/w comes from my camera [therefore no PS was used for this].
